Deqing, Zhejiang - Deqing Boliya Silk Co., Ltd. returned to full production on October 8, 2026, following the National Day holiday that closed the plant from October 1 to 7. All weaving, printing, finishing and sewing lines are running at normal capacity, and the sampling desk is open again for new development requests.
The restart was not a slow warm-up. Scheduled maintenance on the weaving and finishing equipment was completed before the break began, so machines came back online ready to run rather than needing a repair day. Production and QC teams reported for the first shift on the morning of October 8, and output was back to pre-holiday levels from day one.
Two order windows are open - and they have very different deadlines
Buyers working on autumn and holiday programmes should note where the calendar now stands.
Q4 holiday restock (Christmas and New Year gifting). For European and North American delivery before December, the ocean freight window has effectively closed - a 30–35 day sea transit from Ningbo or Shanghai will no longer land in time. For short-notice restock, we recommend reordering a pattern already in production and shipping by air, which typically delivers in 5–7 days once goods are packed. Existing artwork needs no new sampling round, which removes one to two weeks from the schedule.

In other words, a Spring 2027 order confirmed this month runs the full process comfortably and ships before the Chinese New Year shutdown in early February. An order confirmed after November is likely to land after the holiday.
Capacity ready for both
Our 3,000㎡ facility in Deqing, Zhejiang - 30 minutes from Hangzhou and two hours from Shanghai - produces over 1.45 million scarves a year across silk, wool blends, acrylic and polyester ranges, supporting MOQs from 50 pieces per colorway for printed styles and 500 pieces per colorway for jacquard and yarn-dyed constructions. With the lines at full capacity again, we can take on both restock volumes in the coming weeks and new-season development in parallel.
