A paisley square built for the old-money end of the market - quiet pattern, restrained palette, and real wool rather than a synthetic stand-in. Printed on a fine wool ground and finished by hand along every edge, this square is made for retailers whose customers buy one good scarf and keep it for years rather than chasing a season.

Woven from 100% wool in a fine twill construction, the fabric has the soft, gently brushed hand and natural warmth that polyester and acrylic copies cannot reproduce - warm without weight, breathable enough to wear indoors, and resilient enough to hold its shape season after season. Wool also takes print colour with real depth, so the pattern reads rich rather than flat, which is exactly what a heritage print needs.

The pattern - Heritage Sepia - follows a classic paisley layout: scrolling teardrop motifs filling the field, framed by three concentric borders: a diamond lattice, a band of small florets, and an inner ring of medallions. Everything sits on an ivory ground in a single warm sepia tone, and that restraint is deliberate. One colour instead of five is what separates a heritage print from a busy one, and it is why this square works as easily over a camel coat as against a white shirt.

At 95 × 95 cm (approximately 37.4 × 37.4 inches), it folds on the diagonal into a triangle kerchief, knots at the neck, drapes open across the shoulders, or wraps around a handbag handle.
